🎯 Two Truths and a Lie

Each person shares three statements about themselves — two true, one a lie. The team votes on the lie using Zoom polls or reactions. Works best with 6–12 people; bigger groups split into breakouts.

Pro tip: ask participants to lean into their weird truths. “I was in a commercial at age 7” beats “I have two dogs” every time.
