🎯 Two Truths and a Lie
The classic icebreaker, remixed for Zoom. Everyone shares three statements — the team votes which one is the lie.

Each person shares three statements about themselves — two true, one a lie. The team votes on the lie using Zoom polls or reactions. Works best with 6–12 people; bigger groups split into breakouts.
Pro tip: ask participants to lean into their weird truths. “I was in a commercial at age 7” beats “I have two dogs” every time.
Materials: Zoom (polls optional). No prep beyond a 30-second explanation.
